The Mill, our rustic pub, welcomes guests with an especially warm and homey atmosphere created by its old wooden panelling and traditional wooden furniture. Whether you're looking for friendly little celbration with a nice glass of wine or a real culinary experience, the doors of the Mill are open daily, except Wednesdays, beginning at 5:00 p.m. We look forward to each and every visit. Try a real, homemade woodstove pizza and enjoy a little piece of Italy with every bite. Our executive chef, Christian, whips up homemade specialties, traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and light Mediterranean treats.
