On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2.00 pm, therefore we ask you to leave the rooms until 11.00 am at the day of departure

The reservation of your rooms is confirmed after paying a deposit of at least Euro 200.00 via bank transfer on our business account at Raiffeissenkasse Eisacktal, branch Feldthurns 
(IBAN: IT27W0830759120000307000073 Swift-BIC-Code: RZSBIT21707)

According to our cancelation policy, the deposit is considered cancelation fee:
-cancelation until 30 days before arrival free of charge
-cancelation between 29 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
-7 days before arrival or no snow without cancelation 70% of the total amount
-in case of early departure the room will be charged for the whole booked period

Pets on request!
These are not abmitted in our Juniorsuites and Suites.
For your pet we charge Euro 20,oo per day (without food) and ask for your understanding that we need to calculate Euro 20,oo for a final cleaning (if necessary).
Please also note that pets don't have access to the dining room, wellness area and lawn.
We would be pleased if you bring a blanket or basket for the room.

For booked treatments in our beauty farm that are not taken advantage of without timely cancelation (24h before) we charge 50% of the amount

No refund can be provided for services included in packages that are not taken advantage of

Short stays (less than 3 nights) from September to November can be booked just at half-board rate (even if you don’t eat at dinner)

Unforeseen events before the start of your holidays can always happen, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected financially. In case of late arrival, no show or early departure, we can apply cancellation charges. To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung will pay all cancelation fees for you. We recommend you: HOGAST trip cancellation insurance

For returns of those left behind, have to calculate min. Euro 30,oo.- for Handling Fees.

Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of Euro 1,oo.- per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
